Who We Are

Making a Difference

Spring Hill Greens is your local, year-round source for fresh, flavorful, and nutritious greens.

We started our business with one goal in mind: to provide local, sustainably-sourced microgreens, baby greens, and baby herbs for Northern Colorado and beyond. Our intention is to grow high-quality greens that are nutritious, fresh, and delicious for our community.

With over 30 years of experience in greenhouse growing through our parent company, we have a proven record of providing consistent, high-quality products at a competitive price. Our greens are harvested by hand, washed and boxed with love. All of our seeds are non-GMO, pre-washed and tested for human pathogens. We believe in the importance of keeping agricultural staples within our communities and localizing our food supply-chains for a more sustainable and consistent product. Considering that 90% of greens come from outside of Colorado, we saw an opportunity to contribute to our local agriculture in a meaningful way. We look forward to bringing our greens to your homes and restaurants.

We work with local causes and non-profits to donate greens to those in needs in and around Larimer County.

Big Things Comes in Small Packages

The nutrient content in microgreens is much more concentrated then their mature counterparts, up to 40X more! Microgreens are a nutrient-dense and antioxidant rich addition to any meal. This superfood reduces the risk of disease because they are full of vitamins C, E, K, antioxidants and beta-carotene.

Microgreens add flavor, color, and texture to any dish. Microgreens aren't meant to be used a garnish or afterthought; they are meant to be the star of any dish, enjoyed and savored. The more micros you eat the merrier your body will feel, and at our price point, you can pile them high for a nutrient-packed meal. Pair them with wraps, omelets, pizza, smoothies, sandwiches, stir fry, soups, tacos, salads, pastas, and anything your heart desires! The sky is the limit!

Fun Fact: Eating just a small amount of daikon radish microgreens would cover your daily requirement of Vitamin E.
